Products & Services

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colours, finishes, and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen differences or manufacturing updates.

All products are intended for 12V or 24V automotive and off-grid use only, unless otherwise stated. Installation should be carried out by a qualified person where required.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion, including suspected resellers or fraudulent activity.

Orders & Payment

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
We accept secure payments through Shopify’s approved payment gateways.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors outside our control.

RedBlack Customs is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Faulty or defective items are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original packaging, and requested within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Custom-made or modified products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is deemed faulty.

Warranty

All products are supplied with applicable manufacturer warranties where relevant. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedBlack Customs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their intended application.

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of RedBlack Customs and may not be copied or used without written permission.
