Refund & Returns Policy
At RedBlack Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging

The item must not have been installed or modified in any way

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@redblackcustoms.com.au before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@redblackcustoms.com.au with:

A description of the fault or damage

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess your claim and offer one of the following resolutions:

Full refund to your original payment method

Replacement item sent at no additional cost

Store credit for the value of the item
RedBlack Customs will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly sent items.
How to Return an Item
To return an item please follow these steps:

Email support@redblackcustoms.com.au with your order number and reason for return

Wait for a Return Authorisation confirmation from our team

Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package

Send to the return address provided in your authorisation email

Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Items that have been installed, modified, or used

Items with damaged, missing, or altered packaging

Special order items ordered specifically for a customer

Items returned outside the 30-day return window without prior agreement
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to all products sold by RedBlack Customs. Warranty periods and terms vary by brand and product. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for specific warranty information. Warranty claims should be directed to us in the first instance and we will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer where required.
