Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the website for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@redblackcustoms.com.au.
Items Ordered from Supplier
Some products in our range are not held in stock and are ordered directly from our suppliers upon purchase. These items will be clearly noted on the product page. Dispatch timeframes for these items may be longer — typically 3–7 additional business days. We will notify you by email if there are any delays with your order.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. RedBlack Customs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend orders returned due to an incorrect address.
